Accurate Optical

Fashionable Frames

Accurate Optical has a fashionable selection of the most up to date eyewear, with enough choices to satisfy every patient. Our friendly optical staff offers not only technical assistance, but we also provide, when requested, opinions about the style and appearance of your fashion eyewear. They will ensure that you have excellent vision with your new glasses, the eyewear is comfortable, and that you look your best.

Lens Options

We provide you with the most complete choice of lens options to maximize your vision, safety and appearance.

  • Polycarbonate and Hi-Index Lenses: These lenses are thinner, lighter in weight and block harmful ultraviolet sun rays from causing eye damage. We recommend Polycarbonate for maximum safety eye protection and Hi-Index for the thinnest and lightest in weight prescription eyeglass lenses.

  • Anti-Reflection/No-Glare Lenses: Glare from computer screens, fluorescent lighting, and headlights when driving at night, causes stress on your eyes. Anti-reflective lenses reduce the glare that causes eye fatigue, and lets you see with more clearly than lenses which are not reflection free. A great advantage to using anti-reflective lenses is the way they make you look. Your friends and family will clearly see your eyes, without all the reflections. Even strong lens prescriptions appear almost invisible with anti-reflective lenses.

  • Transition Lenses: This is the smart technology that enables you to see clearly and more comfortably in virtually any light condition. The rays of the sun causes the lenses to change from virtually clear indoors, to dark outdoors. Transition lenses are so clear indoors that it is hard to distinguish them from regular lenses. They have the ability to get as dark as most sunglasses in bright sunlight. Scratch resistance is built in and your eyes are protected from ultraviolet rays of the sun, which cause eye damage.

  • Varilux Progressive Lenses: You have noticed some changes in your vision. The newspaper, your favorite magazine and restaurant menus are not as clear as you want them to be and you are noticing eyestrain. Get crisp, true natural vision for distance, reading and everything in between. Varilux progressive lenses are the most natural way to meet your changing vision needs. They offer the convenience of a single pair of glasses with a smooth transition between viewing points, and without the annoying jumps and distracting lines of a bifocal. Varilux progressive lenses are the doctors' progressive lens choice for themselves, their families and their patients.
